What is the difference between blunt wraps and rolling papers?

There are different ways to consume your weed, even if you want to roll it yourself. First, you can choose to roll a joint. Rolling and smoking a joint is a very popular way to consume your herbs. When you’re rolling a joint you can choose from a wide range of rolling papers. Rolling papers are usually white, but you can also choose for a paper with color or even flavor! These papers can be made out of paper, rice, hemp, etc. You fill this joint with herbs and don’t forget to add a filter in it, so you can smoke your joint to the very end without the risk of burning your fingers.

The blunt wrap is a little different from a joint rolling paper. Most of the time, the blunt wrap is bigger and lasts longer than a joint. Next to that, the blunt wrap is made from tobacco. What are rolling papers made of?

Rolling papers can be made out of different materials. The most common rolling paper material is rice paper. But rolling papers can also be made out of hemp, which is increasingly popular for a few years. Other materials that are used for rolling papers are wood pulp, flax, and esparto.

How do I roll my blunt wrap or rolling paper?

Rolling a paper can be a difficult job. That’s why we wrote the process down for you, step by step.

• The first step is to grind your herbs on a rolling tray. The easiest way to grind your herbs is obviously with a grinder. When you don’t have one you can also do it with your hands or use a pair of scissors.

• The second step is to make a crutch, also known as tip or filter, for your joint. You have to start with a few accordion folds at the end of your crutch material. After that, you just roll the material to the preferred thickness of your joint. The crutch is not required, but it will give your joint some stability, and it will make you enjoy every bit of your joint without the risk of burning your fingers.

• The third step is to fill your joint with your herbs. Then you can start with shaping the joint with your fingers.

• The fourth step is to pack the joint. During this step, you are going to roll the joint. You have to roll the paper back and forth between your fingertips. This is to pack the herbs down into the final cone shape.

• The fifth step (you’re almost there!) is to roll the joint. This step is very important because it can make or break your joint. You have to tuck the unglued side of the rolling paper in the roll. Then roll it up and glue the edge, so you can take down one end of the paper. The easiest way to do this is to start with the crutch. This will help you to tuck down the rest of the joint easily.

• The sixth and last step is to finish off your joint with a firm poke to make sure your joint will burn evenly. You can use a pen for this, or something else small and pointy. After that, give your joint a twist, making sure nothing will fall out. Then all you have to do is to light up your joint and enjoy it!
