Inside out bubbler

The Inside Out bubbler is simple to use and works just as well as a normal glass bubbler bong. If you don’t have the downstem underwater then the smoke won’t travel through the water, and it will hit like a dry pipe without any diffusion. The water serves as a cooler for your smoke.
